Overeating Effects

Overeating might seem like a pretty common happening to be a real eating disorder. The reality is that many people really do suffer from over eating and the number is always growing.

Overeating effects vary from person, yet there are some universal effects throughout. Overeating effects can include:

  • * high cholesterol
  • * diabetes
  • * heart disease
  • * hypertension
  • * clinical depression
  • * chronic fatigue
  • * irregular menses
  • * nausea
  • * kidney disease
  • * arthritis
  • * bone deterioration
  • * stroke

The hardest problem in gauging overeating effects is that they occur over an extended period of time. This is why awareness and a keen perception are important in reading if someone needs help in ending their overeating disorder. Of course since we have grown used to seeing obesity all around us, our complacency is a large part of the problem in off-setting overeating.
