Fibromyalgia Symptoms

Although there is a debate in medical circles whether fibromyalgia is a disease or just a set a symptoms, everyone agrees what the parameters for fibromyalgia symptoms are. There are three major agreed upon fibromyalgia symptoms:

• Chronic, widespread musculoskeletal pain
This is shooting pain throughout the muscles, ligaments, and tendons expressed as muscular aches, throbs, and twitching.


• Fatigue
This is an incompacitating fatigue.


• Disturbed sleep
Thus can be one of the following sleep disorders: Alpha-EEG anomaly, sleep apnea, bruxism or restless leg syndrome.
