Most fertility drugs serve to induce ovulation. Fertility drugs either stimulate the ovaries into producing eggs at normal intervals or the pituitary gland into producing hormones necessary for conception and a healthy pregnancy.

Bromocriptine (used in blocking the production of prolactin

Although most fertility drugs have the same goal in mind, many of them have varied uses and purposes and only should be taken after careful consultation with a fertility specialist.
