Anorexia Effects

Anorexia effects are perhaps some of the most severe of all of the eating disorders. Anorexia effects not only include death in the most severest cases, but many of those that recover harbor many of the symptoms of Anorexia, long after they are deemed cured.

Body image distortion, depression, social seclusion are just some of the hang ups anorexics deal with long after they are seen as recovered. What makes anorexia effects so debilitating is that they linger on in a way that makes the anorexic fel as though though never recovered from anorexia. Anorexia effects are a prime cause of anorexia relapse.

Although anorexia effects can be a severe blow to long term anorexia recovery, with careful attention and awareness by friends and family that their love and support is needed anorexia effects can indeed be mitigated.
